Here’s how it works.

Get set up at a time that works for you to begin individual sessions.

03. Get Back to You

Start applying what you’ve learned in sessions to begin feeling better and more in control.

RACHEL AREDIA, LCPC, CCATP

Hey there! I am Rachel (she/her), a licensed clinical professional counselor in Illinois. Having worked in the mental health field since 2008 and being fully licensed since 2016, I have come across people in all walks of life. I am in a great place of privilege to be able to work with individuals suffering from a myriad of mental health issues to get them to feeling better and stronger everyday. One of my greatest joys in life is seeing clients graduate from treatment and live their best lives.

While not in the therapy “room,” I enjoy hanging out with my beautiful dog, friends, family and going to enjoy the Chicago Cubs on a warm summer day at Wrigley Field.
